Simply Makes The Player Walk Faster

Using Controller :
Activate/Deactivate : RS/R3
Increase Walk Speed : RB/R1 + Dpad Up
Decrease Walk Speed : RB/R1 + Dpad Down

Using Keyboard :
Activate/Deactivate : C
Increase Walk Speed : Key Up (Can be changed in .INI)
Decrease Walk Speed : Key Down (Can be changed in .INI)

Speed Values
Default Walk Speed = 0
Maximum Walk Speed = 20
